This traditional Kölsch is an ale-lager hybrid paying homage to the tapsters of the same name found in Köln, Germany. An exceedingly drinkable pale beer exuding a bit of fruit on the nose from its unique yeast strain, it pours a pale golden color with a light malt presence on the palate, showcasing a clean, crisp finish.
