Our Festbier-style lager is brewed with the finest heirloom German Pilsner and Munich malts and goes through an intense step mash before being hopped in the kettle with German Perle and Hersbrucker hops from Seitz farm. Once fermentation is complete, we lager until proper maturation and carbonation through head pressure is achieved.
