Dark Ale aged in Cabernet Sonoma Valley Sauvignon barrels. Aged for 4 to 8 months with black currants, brettanomyces, lactobacillus, and pediococcus. Rich notes of chocolate truffle, spice, tobacco, currants, red wine.
