“Brewed with Blue Ox Malthouse pale & wheat malts & flaked wheat from Aurora Mills. Fermented in oak with our farmhouse yeast, then aged in sauvignon blanc barrels for 18 months. Before packaging, we blended in some of our Berliner Weisse, giving the beer a fresh, crisp character.”
