Grimm Artisanal Ales Gathering: Tart Cherries & Peaches

A barrel-aged fruited sour featuring local New York tart cherries and peaches. Part of the "Gathering" series, which focuses on using fresh, whole fruits, and employs a carbonic maceration technique to help bring out the fruit's natural flavors before it's blended with barrels of their sour ale.
