Foam Brewers Local Dork 2025 IPA

This year’s edition was hot-steeped on 800 pounds of freshly harvested hops from Champlain Valley Hops, just down the road from Foam in Hinesburg. Dry hopped with CVH Nugget and Chinook, it leads with dank aromatics of sweet lime, pine, and mandarin, finishing with a lemony, resinous bitterness.
