Bissell's take on Kӧlsch, a classic style of easy-drinking ale originating from Cologne, Germany. Brewed with a grain bill of Maine Pilsner and Wheat malts, and Vienna malt, hopped with Mittlefruh and Saphir hops. Crisp, clean, and slightly hazy.
