When Bissell Brothers Brewing started, there were of course the two brothers, Noah and Peter, but there was also Seth, who has worn lots of hats at BBB, but is the creator of Kickflip Cream Ale. Brewed with lots of flaked maize and lightly hopped with Hallertau hops and spent 3 weeks in lagering tanks and carbonated high to give a nice creamy head. Cream Ales are an under appreciated style built for sessioning.
