Austin Street 10th Anniversary Double IPA

This beer is a collaboration with Cerebral Brewing. They used a thiolized yeast called Cosmic Punch, which maximized the tropical fruit flavors. They also used mash hopping to further activate the yeast, and provide a super juicy beer!
