Schilling Eineybock

A mahogany colored Bock brewed with their friends at North Park Brewing. Light molasses and rye bread on the nose melds into a rich malt character. Toffee and dried fruit gives way to a subtle but warming alcohol presence. Over two months in an American Oak foeder rounded out the corners on this beer and provided a soft mouthfeel.
