Local malt and unmalted grains, turbid mashed & long boiled with barn aged NY hops. Cooled overnight in a coolship. Spontaneously fermented on Morello cherries from Wright's Farm in Gardiner, NY. Aged in oak for 1 year, then aged in the bottle for 1 year.
