From the brewery: "Son of Sapping Mammoth was born of a collaboration with our friends at Half Acre Brewing in 2014. This IPA has since become as legendary as the creature that first graced its label. With friendship in mind, the recipe has been refreshed to feature locally grown grains from Blue Ox and Maine Malt House." Hopped with Citra, Cryo Citra, Mosaic, Centennial, HBC 522 - giving notes of bright pineapple, guava, lemon, grapefruit, subtle grassiness & a subtle onion/garlic.
