A barrel-aged fruited sour featuring local New York blueberries and Shiro plums. Part of the "Gathering" series, which focuses on using fresh, whole fruits, and employs a carbonic maceration technique to help bring out the fruit's natural flavors before it's blended with barrels of their sour ale.
