Bissell Brothers Sigil XV

Roughly two years in the making, the 15th entry in our Sigil series is a blend of approximately 33% double barrel rye wine and 66% double barrel stout. The rye wine aged 12 months in Buffalo Trace barrels before an additional 10 months in Dad’s Hat Rye barrels, while the stout spent 13 months in Dad’s Hat Rye barrels followed by a transfer to fresh Dad’s Hat rye barrels for an additional 10 months.
