Abbaye de Saint Bon-Chien Grand Cru is a limited-edition series of strong, barrel-aged sour ales from Switzerland. This version uses San Giovese (Chianti) Barrels. Brewed in 2018 and bottled in 2020 after two years of aging. It features notes of strawberry, balsamic vinegar, and musty oak, with a tannic, wine-like finish.
