Color reminiscent of a “monk’s tunic”, with limited head and no carbonation. Peaty and malty scents hit the nose, accompanied by a slight balsamic vinegar. Smokey notes coming through from the barrel aging, with hints of licorice and ripe fruit, balanced out by a slight acidity.
