Transmitter Lactobacillus PH2 Passion Fruit
Two new beers from New York's Transmitter Brewing, a nanobrewery that is just on fire right now with innovative, delicious and complex release and release. These two beers are part of their Lactobacillus PH series of beers that are kettle soured then fermented with the beer yeast/brettanomyces hybrid Sac. Trois. The differences on these two beers lies in the fruit that is co-fermented with them, Passion Fruit on the PH2, Blood Orange on the PH3. We sampled these beers today and they are amazing, perfect sours for Summer with an amazing tartness and huge fruit notes.
