Ten Bends Northern Heights DIPA
Hitting the State of Maine for the first time ever on Tuesday, Ten Bends Northern Heights is a New England Style Double IPA from Hyde Park, Vermont. As a company that lives and breathes beer, this one slid under all of our radar, but it is putting up a 4.1 on Untappd and comes in with some good buzz. It's a New England style DIPA brewed with wheat and oats for mouthfeel and double dry hopped with Mosaic and Citra. Here's the description from the brewery: "Created as a tribute to the great Vermont DIPAs that made our state famous for craft beer, this hazy, hoppy and juicy Double IPA was originally part of a series of ales brewed with various hop profiles. Evolution #3 was a clear favorite in our tasting room, and is the origin of Northern Heights, which is finished with Mosaic and Citra hops."
