Struise Dark Horse Reserva

This is a blend of Earthmonk and Dirty Horse, both legendary unicorn bottles themselves in the sour beer world.  That blend is then aged for four years in red wine barrels from Bordeaux, France.  In the style of a sour red/brown, this beer is spontaneously fermented and has a beautiful complexity.
