Shacksbury/Other Half Dry Hopped Arlo
We are big fans around here of Shacksbury, one of Vermont and America's best cider producers. Arlo has been a constant on our shelf since it was released, and now on Tuesday we get a collaboration with Other Half for a special version of this delicious cider. Aromatic, grapefruit, lightly sparkling, and dry. This cider is a blend of apples from Sunrise Orchards in Vermont and Basque bittersweet apples. The fermentation is slow using native yeast fermentation in stainless steel and aged for 3-6 months. Dry-hopped with Citra and Motueka. 6.2% abv, four packs of 16oz cans.
