Schilling Basse Cour
Our first drop in this rotating Farmhouse Pale ale series. This batch is fermented with Kveik, the Norwegian Farmhouse yeast strain that has been popping up everywhere lately due to its tropical fruit fermentation profile. This one is heavily dry hopped with Citra, Cascade and Nugget. The crew at Schilling is calling this one more of an IPA than a Pale Ale.
