Brewed to celebrate 100 years of Betty White, this beer is as unique as the first lady of television herself. Grapefruit and tropical fruit notes lead, with a soft mouth feel and an animating acidity. Half soured on mangos and cara cara orange zest, then fermented with a mix of hefe and NEIPA yeasts, and then generously hopped with Strata and Barb Rouge.
