Skin fermented Moschofilero done in the Ramato or Orange Wine style from the Peloponnese.  Fermented and aged in terra cotta pots in the heart of Macedonia.  Organic farming, indigenous yeast fermentation and minimal sulfur additions.  Complex and delicious with notes of apricot, white flowers and peach skins.  Salty, zesty and delicious.
