Only 13 cases of this were made available by the US importers, B United, and we were lucky enough to snag one. This is a special version of one of the best Belgian Dark Strong Ales on the planet. Brewed from 3 different malts this is a very special beer that is both dark and a little sour. The more you age this beer the more the wild yeast takes hold so if you can resist leave one in a dark place for 6 months or more to get a brand new set of flavors. It starts rich and funky and ages into a mellow sour and nutty taste. The special reserva edition has then been aged in Bordeaux barrels and comes out at 13% ABV.
