A collaboration with New England Cider Company, Disco Pig 6 is an amber ale base fermented with brettanomyces and freshly pressed macoun apple cider and in secondary fermentation with freshly pressed pink lady cider.  The 6.1, which is what these bottles are, then saw 8 months in bourbon barrels to give a nice bourbon oakiness.
