A 100% Gamay from Beaujolais’ largest Cru. Full of ripe fruit aromas of red cherry, raspberry and peony, it brings an earthy fruit and bright acidity. Best served with a slight chill (60-64°F), pairs well with red meat, meat in sauce, poultry, and cheese.
