Brewed with Centennial and Amarillo in the kettle, and a light dry-hopping of Simcoe Cryo. A large percentage of Malted Triticale, a wheat/rye hybrid, from Blue Ox Malthouse, to give this Pale a lovely dark-golden hue, and a pleasant, crackery snap to go along with it's classic, American hop profile.
