From the brewery: “Our Summer Ale is a hybrid of English ale and German lager. We use German style hops but brew it as a mild English ale. The result is an easy beer which still retains enough flavor to complement a summer BBQ, or lobster bake, and stow neatly in the hold of your sailboat.”
